¨
We will follow the TSSAA
high school rules with the
following exceptions
¨
There
will be two 16-minute half’s
(stop clock) for all
divisions (except 14U) which
will have two 14 minute
half's
¨
3 timeouts total per game (
2 full timeouts and 1
thirty-second timeout)
¨
Halftime is one (1)minute
¨
There will be a three
3-minute warm-up between
games
¨
The first overtime is two(2)
minutes and each additional
overtime (if needed) is one
minute
¨
You may have one (1) timeout
in the first overtime-no
timeouts will be granted
after that
¨
No two (2) shot bonus
¨
All teams will shoot 1 and 1
bonus on the 10th
team foul of each half
¨
Each player is allowed
six(6) personal fouls
¨
The top two (2)teams move
from pool play to the
championship bracket / The
bottom two (2)teams move
from pool play to
the consolation bracket
¨
Seeding from each pool will
be determined by win-loss
record in pool play. In case
of ties, head-to-head
competition determines seed.
If three (3) teams are tied,
a point system comes into
effect. There is a maximum
of +15 for a win in pool and
-15 for a loss in pool. All
games in pool are included
in figuring point system. In
case teams are still tied,
the least total points
allowed in pool play will
determine the higher seed.
In case there is still a
tie, a coin toss will
determine seeding.
¨
At the end of pool play,
check brackets at Tournament
Headquarters (University of
Memphis "Larry Finch"
Center) for seeding as you
might play within a few
hours. Please check with the
site coordinator at the
facility you are playing at
to verify time and location
of your next game. It is
your responsibility to know
where and when your team
plays. If you do not arrive
at your schedule bracket
game on time, it will be a
forfeit.
¨
A player can only play on
one team in his age group
during the entire event. If
a team loses, that player
cannot switch to another
team still in playing. All
players participating in
bracket play must have
played with the team during
pool play.
¨
During the Championship
Round, if a team is ahead by
20 or more points with one
minute to go, the clock will
not stop during that last
minute.
¨
All age divisions will use
regular size balls
¨
Age/Grade Qualifications:
Players must meet either the
age or grade qualification
for the division. There is
no limit to the number of
players meeting either
qualification. However,
players meeting the grade
qualification cannot be more

the 17U division.Example

have final say in all

and 2nd place
trophy to teams in each age
division
¨
We will have an all
tournament team and a MVP
for each age division
